Chez Claire

Welcome to our comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation situated in a quiet forest setting on five acres at the south end of Quadra Island … a ten minute drive from the Quathiaski Cove ferry terminal.

The vacation suite is located on the second floor of our private home. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, microfiber duvet and cotton/bamboo sheets and curtains.

There is a separate sitting room with comfortable chairs, a TV, DVD player, WiFi, books, puzzles and games. There is a small balcony off the sitting room – a place to enjoy your morning coffee, bird watch and maybe even see a doe and fawn in our front yard.

There is also a large, covered back deck with a table and chairs and a lovely view of the pond and woods.

Private entrance, private bath with shower/tub, linens, shampoo and soap.

We offer healthy breakfast items which will be in your refrigerator so you can enjoy breakfast at your leisure.

Amenities include coffee maker, French press or drip, kettle, microwave, dishes and a small refrigerator with a freezer. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are supplied.

Adult oriented, scent free, mostly vegetarian. No smoking and sorry no pets.

NOTE: We are more than happy to carry your luggage up to the second storey but you must be able to climb stairs yourself (18 steps).

Chez Claire is located a short drive from popular island parks, trails, beach accesses, a winery, the community center, grocery stores, gift and book shops, an aboriginal museum and a variety of restaurants. There is also a taxi service. Check with your host for details and assistance.
